Various parties, including basic telecom enterprises, are also actively promoting the construction of computing power network, and the development of computing power industry has entered the “fast lane”.It has become the strategic choice of major countries in the world to promote computing power in a coordinated way, and computing power economy has become the new focus of global strategic competition.In recent years, China attaches great importance to the development of computing power industry, strengthens overall planning and improves top-level design.Recently, a number of policies and programmes related to computing power have been implemented.In December 2021, The State Council issued the 14th Five-year Plan for The Development of the Digital Economy. In terms of “optimizing and upgrading digital infrastructure”, it explicitly required to promote the coordinated development of cloud networks and integrated development of computer networks.We will accelerate the building of a national integrated big data center system that integrates computing power, algorithms, data and application resources.A national integrated computing network has been set up as national hubs in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin cities economic circle, Guizhou, Inner new infrastructure Construction plan in Henan Province has caused concern in the industry.According to the plan, Henan province will lay out computing power infrastructure scientifically and build a “Central Plains computing power network”.In terms of specific measures, Henan province will speed up the construction of computing power network infrastructure such as computing power cooperation, computing power routing and computing power trading, and build a computing power system featuring storage, edge computing, intelligence computing and supercomputing with multiple coordination and integration of data and intelligence, so as to build a Computing power network in central China.At the same time, we will focus on supporting Zhengzhou and Luoyang to build large clusters of green data centers, develop the layout of intelligent computing centers, and build a public computing power service platform.As a matter of fact, as early as last year, several provinces have carried out a New Data Centers in Jiangsu Province to guide the optimization of the construction and layout of data centers in Jiangsu Province.In addition, Gansu, Yunnan, Shanxi, Tianjin, Guangxi and other provinces have also issued policy documents related to new data centers.
